We’re looking for a DeFi Product Manager to lead new decentralized finance products from concept to launch. You’ll define the roadmap, align engineering and design, and make sure every release solves a real user problem.
This is an opportunity to own products at the frontier of digital finance.
What You’ll Do
Own the roadmap for DeFi products.
Define requirements with engineering and design.
Research users, markets, and competing protocols.
Plan launches and measure product performance.
Balance user value, risk, and compliance needs.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of product management experience.
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and tokens.
Experience shipping technical products.
Data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice to Have
Experience at a crypto exchange or wallet.
Technical background in engineering.
Experience with regulated financial products.
